New ‘UNTIL HELP ARRIVES’ online class now available In New ‘UNTIL HELP ARRIVES’ online class now available In an emergency, bystanders can be a critical lifeline until professionals arrive, yet nearly half of U.S. adults are unprepared to help in a medical crisis, according to a recent survey from the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). However, four in five adults (81%) said they would be willing to help in an emergency if they took a training course. The American Red Cross and ACEP are proud to release the new “Until Help Arrives” course, designed to educate and empower bystanders to take action and provide lifesaving care if they are first on the scene during an emergency. The 90-minute online course covers five fundamental actions that can be taken during a life-threatening emergency that can help sustain or save a life until EMS arrives: - Hands-only CPR (no breaths) - Automated external defibrillator (AED) use - Choking first aid - Severe bleeding control, including use of a tourniquet - Administering naloxone for an opioid overdose. Because it is online only, ‘Until Help Arrives’ does not meet OSHA requirements for First Aid/CPR/AED training with psychomotor skills practice. Cancellation Policy

Medical Training LLC's refund and tardy policy have been established to meet the demands of planning well-organized courses. We are committed to providing a high quality and reliable training experience. Please call 703-775-4347. All request to drop out of the course more than 2 days (48 hours) of the course start date will result in a full refund of the tuition paid minus administrative fee of $15. Any cancelations made within 2 days (48 hours) prior to the course date will receive No refund. You can reschedule without a fee more than 48 hours prior the scheduled class. Rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled class is charged $15 administrative fee. No refund is given for blended learning or online classes if no show for class or cancelation. If you are tardy and late for class more than 5 minutes of the course start time, you will not be allowed to enter class and no refund will be given. If for any reason a course ends early due to inclement weather, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, there will be no refund, but students may resume their training at the next class offered. If Medical Training LLC has to cancel a course for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full or can be fully transferable to another course at a later date.
