When do I get the certification?
Certifications are provided after successful completion of the class and within 48 hours. Certifications will be sent by American Red Cross through a salesforce email to your email. Please check your junk email first before contacting

Our class is taught by an experienced critical care registered nurse and knowledgeable American Red Cross certified instructor. What is the refund policy?
​Medical Training LLC's refund and tardy policy have been established to meet the demands of planning well-organized courses. We are committed to providing a high quality and reliable training experience. Please call 703-775-4347. All request to drop out of the course more than 2 days (48 hours) of the course start date will result in a full refund of the tuition paid minus administrative fee of $15. Any cancelations made within 2 days (48 hours) prior to the course date will receive No refund. You can reschedule without a fee more than 48 hours prior the scheduled class. Rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled class is charged $15 administrative fee. No refund is given for blended learning or online classes if no show for class or cancelation. If you are tardy and late for class more than 5 minutes of the course start time, you will not be allowed to enter class and no refund will be given. If for any reason a course ends early due to inclement weather, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, there will be no refund, but students may resume their training at the next class offered. If Medical Training LLC has to cancel a course for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full or can be fully transferable to another course at a later date.

Where is the location?
We are located inside Brickyard Chantilly Office. There is a free parking space available. It is easier to enter through the intersection next to the 7 Eleven store. Our instructor will open the door for you. Please call 703-775-4347 if needed. Thank you.
