Service Description

Within 12 hours after registration, you will receive a link from American Red Cross through salesforce email to complete the online portion (takes about 2-4 hours to complete depending on your prior knowledge). Please check your junk mail. You can also go to Red Cross Learning Center to access your online course with the email you provided. If you have not received any email within 12 hours, feel free to call 703-775-4347. Make sure to bring the certificate of completion to the skills session. "The 2021 Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adult child and infant patients. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion of the course learners will receive a 2-year Basic Life Support digital certificate with anytime anywhere access to certificate and training history.The American Red Cross is an accredited provider of continuing education by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education. Cancellation Policy

Medical Training LLC's refund and tardy policy have been established to meet the demands of planning well-organized courses. We are committed to providing a high quality and reliable training experience. Please call 703-775-4347. All request to drop out of the course more than 2 days (48 hours) of the course start date will result in a full refund of the tuition paid minus administrative fee of $15. Any cancelations made within 2 days (48 hours) prior to the course date will receive No refund. You can reschedule without a fee more than 48 hours prior the scheduled class. Rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled class is charged $15 administrative fee. No refund is given for blended learning or online classes if no show for class or cancelation. If you are tardy and late for class more than 5 minutes of the course start time, you will not be allowed to enter class and no refund will be given. If for any reason a course ends early due to inclement weather, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, there will be no refund, but students may resume their training at the next class offered. If Medical Training LLC has to cancel a course for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full or can be fully transferable to another course at a later date.
